We use a three point search process to find the strongest potential candidates. This allows us to provide the best candidates in the shortest amount of time. The searches include direct recruiting, network referrals and our database. We find the candidates companies can’t find.

Direct Recruiting: The strongest source of candidates comes from direct recruiting. This process involves a targeted selection of direct competitors and companies that will best fit each position.

Network Referrals: A strong source of leading candidates is often provided via networking with our industry contacts.

Database: We have a database of more than 10,000 resumes and over 25 years of recruiting experience.

Our candidate selection and qualification process occurs throughout all stages of the recruiting cycle. We do this to ensure our clients receive the best candidates. It's not only important that candidates meet and exceed core qualifications but are a strong fit with the environment/culture. Truly understanding "fit" is our specialty.

All Pulse Jobs LLC candidate submissions have gone through our rigorous reference checks. If your company has a specific procedure that needs to be followed, let us know. In many cases we have client specific reference checks.


Pulse Jobs LLC Fees and Terms

Standard/Contingency: Compensation for each contingency placement will be 25% of base salary payable within 30 days of the candidate's hire date. A 1% discount is offered if the fee is received within five business days of the candidate’s hire date. 

Retained/Exclusive: Compensation for each retained position will be 20% of base salary with a performance deposit of $5,000.00 for each position assigned. The performance deposit is payable at the notification of the search. The final payment will be the remaining balance due on 20% of the base salary offered to the candidate and payable within 30 days of the candidate's hire date.
