Territory Sales Rep
Salary: $60K - $80K + $15K target bonus, company car, home office.
Location: Sacramento, CA
- Manage territory in CA, OR, and WA
- Increase sales and market share of products at farm store chains, independent dealer stores, and poultry and swing producers
- Increase sales of ag products in dealer stores and distributors across the territory
- Replace competitive products to increase facings and share
- Identify influential deal distributors and producer distributors; secure distribution partnerships, and make regular headquarter calls
- Meet and/or travel with all sales reps; educate reps on product knowledge, programs, promotions, etc
- Make dealer store and producer sales calls with and without distributor sales rep
- Increase sales of products and represent the majority of products used in animal production
- Manage sales management relations and grow the number of products warehoused
- Become leading supplier of pest control products at farm store chains; manage buyer relationships
- Develop and implement annual business plan, including planogram revisions
- Check inventory levels, product merchandising, POP materials, etc.
- Attend all customer meetings and training sessions
- Make annual (once yearly) calls on distributor brands in AZ, UT, NV, ID, WY, and MT
- Must have BS/BA
- Must have ag sales experience.
